Supported by Wicked Not Sales
A portion of all Wicked Not product proceeds will go to charity. We chose the Moyer Foundation’s Camp Erin because Holly’s brother, David, passed away in 2006. We know firsthand the importance of healing through community after the loss of a loved one.
Camp Erin
Created and supported by The Moyer Foundation, Camp Erin® is a FREE bereavement camp for children and teens ages 6-17 who are grieving the death of someone close to them. As the largest network of bereavement camps in the country, Camp Erin serves approximately 2,500 children annually in 41 locations across the country and has served over 9,700 children to date. Camp Erin has a location serving children in every Major League Baseball city in the U.S. and Canada. The Need: According to the U.S. Census, there are more than 1.5 million children grieving the death of a parent. Statistics show that without necessary counseling and support these children are at a high risk for depression, poverty, suicide or substance abuse.
Impact
Since 2000, The Moyer Foundation has awarded millions of dollars in grants to hundreds of grassroots organizations across the country that share in the mission of helping children in distress—impacting more than 75,000 children in the U.S. and Canada.
"No child deserves to live life without hope, comfort and support. The work we do is vital and gives thousands of children the potential and power to choose a more positive life. Lives are being changed and some even being saved. Join us in continuing the Foundation’s legacy of helping children in distress. Together, we can make a bigger difference."
